How much is the fee per consultation?








There is a minimal cost of $20 per virtual consultation. No subscription needed, only pay as you need it 😄




Do I have to pay if I have a valid health card?








Yes, you still have to pay for the consultation even if you have a health card (for now). But, we're already in the works to implement public health coverages in the platform. Stay tuned!




Are we required to go on video call for the consult?








It's not required, and you will always be asked for consent if needed. You have the option to use video, audio, or chat during the consult.

Note that our pharmacists would suggest seeing their patients during the consultation to verify your identity, and especially if you have minor ailments that have visible symptoms.




Is Parmazip covering other pharmacy services aside from minor ailments?

 1. After purchasing Parmazip, you will be asked to sign up and download the Parmazip standalone app.
 2. Install the standalone app.
 3. Log in to your account. Make sure your device has access to the internet so that you can successfully log in. You will only need to have access to the internet during your first log in.

Parmazip's straightforward offline application ensures ease of use with 3 easy steps: create an account, upload your products, and start selling.




How does the one-time license per device apply?








The one-time license will be applied to the first device where you install and log in your user credentials for the first time.




Can I have multiple users for my staff and team members in one product license?








Your Parmazip license can be used in one pharmacy location. It is recommended to have separate user accounts for each team member as a security best practice.




Can Parmazip integrate with the existing tools we use?








Parmazip seamlessly integrates with most printers and barcode-reading devices. Verify compatibility with your current tools for a smooth workflow.
